During this appointment, our clinical team will review your medical history, current concerns, lifestyle, environment, and personal objectives. The additional time allows us to ask meaningful questions, listen carefully, and identify connections between different aspects of your health that may otherwise be overlooked.
This onboarding appointment creates the foundation for everything that follows. With a deeper understanding of you as an individual, our team can recommend appropriate testing, interpret your results in context, and develop an evidence-informed plan tailored to your needs.

Your Elite journey begins with a comprehensive, two-part intake: a Registered Nurse visit followed by a Nurse Practitioner consultation. This extended evaluation ensures every aspect of your health story is captured — from medical history and lifestyle habits to current concerns and future goals. The RN-led intake builds a foundation of data, while the NP session provides deeper interpretation, identifies risks, and sets the stage for a truly personalized plan.
