How it works
From your first appointment to a plan you can act on.
Every program follows the same five steps. What changes is how much time you spend with your care team and how many tests you receive.
Health vitals & history
A registered nurse records your vitals and walks through your health history.
Assessment & lifestyle intake
Your GP assesses your health. Your nurse practitioner learns about your sleep, nutrition, stress, and goals.
Your testing
Specialty labs, imaging, and in-clinic tests — the exact set depends on your program.
Results & risk review
Your GP takes you through every result and what it means for your long-term risk.
Your longevity plan
Your nurse practitioner builds a plan from your data. It changes as your results do.
Your care team
The clinicians who read your results.
Your program is led by physicians and a nurse practitioner, not a technician or an algorithm. You meet them in person, and they stay with you through follow-up.
