Our Medical Weight Optimization Program:

ASSESSMENTS

• Vitals and Health History review with a Registered Nurse
• Family History screening

TESTS:

• InBody Composition Analysis (at 1st appointment, then repeated at the 4 month mark)
• FibroScan®
• Comprehensive specialty laboratory testing

INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM:

• In-person results review with a Physician for weight optimization recommendations and prescriptions as indicated
• In-person monthly monitoring with our Registered Nurse
• Monthly weight assessments
• Semaglutide (Ozempic prescribed) – extra cost in addition to program
• MIC every month x 4 months
• B12 every month x 4 months
• No fee for prescription renewals while on the program

REFERRALS:

• Genetic testing recommendations based on family history and assessment*
• Specialist referrals*
• Registered Dietitian recommendations

ADD ON OPTIONS:

• Weight Loss IV Therapy
• Semaglutide Prescription – cost will vary depending on dose
• Vitamin D IM injections
• Free-style Libre prescription
• Mono-ferric Iron IV Therapy
• Customized supplementation

All additional visits with the medical doctor are charged at $300 per 30 minutes as a Preventative Health Consultation.

Fees for REH programs are strictly for non-insured health services. Components of care covered under the provincial health insurance plan (such as physician visits, indicated lab testing, imaging or other investigations) will be billed to MSP by REH or its physicians. Payment of REH Program fees is not a precondition to receiving insured physician services at our center.
