Our Preventative Health Assessment includes a comprehensive evaluation and advanced testing to identify current health concerns and potential risk factors relating to:

• Vitals and health history review with a Registered Nurse
• Full physical assessment with a Medical Doctor
• Family history screening
• Routine immunization update and preventative screening as indicated

EXAMINATIONS

An in-depth assessment of your vascular, nervous, and metabolic health to determine your risk of chronic illness and disease.

• Autonomic Nervous System test
• Vascular aging analysis
• InBody Composition Analysis
• FibroScan®

TESTS & REFERRALS:

• Laboratory testing when indicated*
• Genetic testing recommendations based on family history and assessment*
• Further treatment and assessment recommendations to be taken to your family doctor

FOLLOW UP:

• Virtual/In-Person results review with a Physician (including recommendations for further testing or lifestyle adjustments*)

*Any additional visits are charged at $300 per 30 minutes as a Preventative Health Consultation.

*(Additional fees for those without MSP for laboratory work)

Fees for REH programs are strictly for non-insured health services. Components of care covered under the provincial health insurance plan (such as physician visits, indicated lab testing, imaging or other investigations) will be billed to MSP by REH or its physicians. Payment of REH Program fees is not a precondition to receiving insured physician services at our center.
